Confirmed Cases of Eastern equine encephalitis in NH - How to protect yourself

A second case of the potentially deadly Eastern equine encephalitis was confirmed in New Hampshire on Saturday, September 1st. The two cases have occurred in Newton and Newfields, both in southeastern New Hampshire.

The Community Health Institute (CHI) was contracted by the Northern Strafford County Health and Safety Council (NSCHSC) to develop a Community Health Profile for the six municipalities that make up the Northern Strafford County Region: Farmington, Middleton, Milton, New Durham, Rochester, and Strafford.


This program is designed to assist citizens in preparing themselves, their families and their communities for potential disasters and emergencies.
